We are happy to accept orders from Schools, Universities, College's and Council Sectors and most National Charities, we can accept an official purchase order via fax or email or by placing the order online.

A minimum order of £10 of goods is required to process a purchase order.

When you place your order online and spend over £50.00 you will also recieve free delivery.
To place your order online simply add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and at the checkout stage simply select the Purchase order/ Invoice option and no payment details will be required from yourselves.

A member of staff will then contact you by telephone or email to confirm your order and we will then process and dispatch your order.

If you need to place your order and require an invoice for payment, we can offer you 30 day terms upon agreement, we will dispatch your order and invoice you for payment, all invoices are sent directly to the invoice address and a standard delivery note will be supplied with the goods.

We will need the following from you in order to process your order:

1. A hard-copy of you official purchase order.
2. Your order must have a purchase order number.
3. A contact name for delivery and accounts.
4. A contact telephone number for the delivery.
5. Contact email address to confirm the order and dispatch.
